Using the client’s 7 Keys framework, I redesigned a 7-part instructor-led training (ILT) participant guide to help adult learners build self-awareness, critical insight, and emotional regulation. The updated curriculum strengthened engagement through clear scaffolding, interactive group activities, reflection exercises, and facilitator-friendly guidance.
